I went to this Parapharmacy which was very welcoming and ultimately had a lot of choice among medications and treatments. The prices are a little expensive but nothing exorbitant compared to what we know. As for the staff, no worries.

Quite disappointed with the welcome when I brought my expired medication and where I had the great impression of being a nuisance. But I'm only talking about one person because 2 other employees gave very good advice. This only concerns a young, dark woman and not very tall. I had brought these medications with the boxes, she told me that she does not take the boxes and when I asked her to throw them in their trash she replied that I had to throw them outside. Another employee was kind enough to tell me give a bag so that I can collect the empty boxes....

No time to look for yourself, we are well advised but as a formality nothing more. The saleswoman keeps the products in hand, feeling of obligation to purchase. I wanted to take my time and look at something else but she rushed to the cash register for me to pay. Not pleasant. Second bad experience, do better.

Not to mention all the staff. The pharmacy manager deserves the kindness medal. Mislabeled products, no refund and what's more she told me that I had to look for the right price. We will go to heading 3000 next time. And it works in the healthcare environment in contact with customers... a retraining would be possible 👌 …
